The Role
As a Growth SDR, you’ll play a critical part in driving pipeline and brand awareness. You’ll combine smart outbound prospecting with social selling and market activation to open doors with the right customers and decision-makers.
What You’ll Do
Outbound Prospecting & Opportunity Creation
* Proactively engage prospects via LinkedIn, email, phone, and other outbound channels
* Identify target accounts and connect with key decision-makers
* Create interest and generate qualified opportunities through consistent outbound activity
Market Activation & Brand Visibility
* Actively represent the business across LinkedIn and professional communities
* Share insights, updates, and relevant content to build awareness and credibility
* Engage with prospects, customers, and industry conversations
* Support campaigns, launches, and events through social and digital engagement
CRM & Sales Collaboration
* Accurately capture and manage leads in the CRM
* Ensure smooth, timely handover of opportunities to Sales
* Maintain clean data and clear activity tracking
What We’re Looking For
* Experience in an SDR, BDR, Growth, or outbound-focused role
* Confidence with cold outreach and initiating conversations
* Strong written and verbal communication skills
* Comfortable using LinkedIn and social platforms as a business tool
* Organised, proactive, and self-motivated
* Able to work independently while collaborating with a wider commercial team
Nice to Have
* Experience in B2B SaaS, fintech, or technology-led environments
* Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g. Salesforce, HubSpot)
* Exposure to demand generation, marketing, or growth initiatives
