Assistant Management Accountant - Tunstall - Permanent - £28,000 - £30,000 DOE
Our client, who have been established for over 15 years are currently seeking an experienced Assistant Management Accountant to join their friendly team due to continued growth. This is a new and exciting opportunity to join a small accounts function within a reputable organisation who are seeing excellent business success. Duties will include
* Bank Reconciliations
* Purchase Ledger processing Stock & Non-Stock Invoices (the invoices would be signed off and coded by Finance Manger)
* Sales Ledger (Credit Control) the individual would liaise with Account Handlers to review Debtors and deal/support with any queries
* Process Staff Expenses review and add onto system querying any anomalies
* Responsible for maintaining the working papers for the Balance Sheet reconciled (this includes, Prepayments, Accruals, Stock and the Fixed Asset Register)
* Supporting the Finance Manager with the input of Month End Journals
* Supporting the Finance Manager with any Ad hoc tasks given
The ideal candidate will have previous Accounts experience and ideally be AAT Level 2 qualified as a minimum....
