You will join the Financial Crime Operations team, responsible for ensuring monitoring systems operate in compliance with all relevant legal and regulatory AML and Counter Terrorist Financing requirements.

Your Key Responsibilities
* Quality Control (QC) and Quality Assurance (QA), including manager review observations and feedback
* Coaching investigators, identifying training needs
* Resource management of batches and alert allocation by risk prioritization
* Discussing performance expectations and documenting progress
* Identifying issues and risks related to team performance and SLAs
Your Skills And Experience
* Significant experience in AML/CTF roles or a regulatory financial background
* Knowledge of Transaction Monitoring systems and Excel for capacity planning
* Understanding of Wealth, Markets, Trade Finance, Corporate Finance, Asset Management, or Correspondent Banking products (beneficial)
* Relevant industry or AML qualifications (preferred)
