We're looking for a driven, results-focused Head of Sales to lead, inspire, and expand our high-performing sales team. This is a senior leadership role for someone who thrives on exceeding targets, managing people, and delivering outstanding business growth.
What you'll be doing:
* Leading and managing a large, ambitious sales team to achieve and exceed revenue targets.
* Driving a high-performance culture, setting clear expectations and ensuring accountability.
* Developing and executing effective sales strategies that deliver measurable results.
* Coaching, mentoring, and motivating team members to reach their full potential.
* Overseeing pipeline management and accurate forecasting through CRM systems.
* Working closely with senior leadership to align sales strategy with wider business objectives.
* Monitoring data, analysing performance, and implementing improvements.
What we're looking for:
* Proven experience managing and scaling sales teams in a target-driven environment.
* A strong track record of hitting and exceeding ambitious sales targets.
* Experienced in using CRM systems to manage pipelines, reporting, and forecasting.
* Excellent people-management and leadership skills; able to motivate and inspire.
* Strong commercial awareness and negotiation ability.
* Confident communicator with the ability to influence at all levels.
