IT Manager | £60K | 5 Days Onsite Greater Manchester I'm working with an extremely down-to-earth, well-established company that specialises in wholesale distribution. We're on the lookout for a confident, capable IT Manager to join their team, someone who can lead, deliver, and keep things running like clockwork. You'll be the go-to person for all things tech: owning their website, systems, and infrastructure, while leading a hybrid team of internal staff and outsourced partners. This role is perfect for an IT Manager who thrives in hands-on environments, someone who can balance strategic thinking with rolling up their sleeves for the day-to-day challenges. Responsibilities Leading and managing a team of internal IT staff, plus coordinating with an outsourced development team. Overseeing major digital projects, including a website migration and an upcoming data transformation initiative. experience with website management / runnning web projects is a MUST) Keeping our internal infrastructure secure, modern, and reliable, with a strong focus on cybersecurity and compliance (ISO 27001, GDPR, etc.). Providing hands-on support and high-level guidance on everything from ERP systems (ideally you will have exposure to Sage 200) to futureproofing our IT strategy. Leading with a project-first mindset, ensuring key deliverables are completed on time, while empowering your team. What We're Looking For Solid experience in a similar IT leadership role (ideally 3+ years). Must have experience managing websites and and running web projects. ERP experience-Sage 200, SAP, Oracle, or similar. Confident people manager and project leader-you'll be overseeing multiple moving parts. Good understanding of cybersecurity best practices and governance frameworks. Full ownership of digital transformation and IT strategy. Location This is a full-time, permanent role based onsite in Greater Manchester (Monday to Friday).
