Key Responsibilities
* Maintenance & Verification: Carry out routine performance verification and preventative maintenance.
* Installation: Professionally install and commission new equipment at customer sites.
* Breakdown Support: Diagnose and rectify equipment breakdowns efficiently to minimise customer downtime.
* Compliance: Promote audits, calibrations, and validation activities to ensure equipment meets industry standards.
* Performance & Admin: Meet established KPIs and ensure all administrative tasks, including record maintenance, are completed on time.
* Field Travel: Travel regularly to various customer sites to provide on-site technical support.
* Stock Management: Manage and maintain your vehicle stock effectively to ensure high first-time fix rates.
