Join us as a Corporate Content Officer

This is a creative and engaging role in which you’ll produce and manage digital assets including video, photography, and graphics, helping to bring to life the NatWest corporate narrative and campaigns across our different external channels.

* You’ll be responsible for filming, producing, and editing video content that meets the requirements of briefs from across the external communications teams, capturing live events and customer case studies to senior spokespeople.
* You’ll enjoy considerable variety and stakeholder engagement as you’ll take briefs from various business areas to produce an array of content, ultimately showcasing who we are and what we have to offer.


Responsibilities

You’ll be responsible for the creation of engaging visual graphic design assets that help land messages with target external audiences across external channels. You’ll be managing and directing shoots with senior stakeholders, customers, and clients, and maintaining the digital asset library for the corporate affairs function, ensuring appropriate permissions are obtained and kept up to date.

Other responsibilities will include:

* Staying up to date with new video and design formats and editing styles and having the knowledge of how to incorporate them into campaigns.
* Working closely with the Digital Channel Managers to ensure assets are created and edited in the correct formats for different external channels.
* Collaborating with the wider Corporate Affairs function and adjacent areas such as Marketing to ensure excellent value is delivered from our assets created.
* Supporting the Corporate Reporting & Content Lead in the delivery of their wider responsibilities and collating suitable assets for reports such as the Annual Report.


Requirements

We’re looking for someone with experience and technical capability in end-to-end video and graphic production and editing and you’ll have a portfolio or showreel. Along with strong interpersonal skills, you’ll have the ability to manage stakeholders confidently and work across multiple teams. You’ll also have the ability to identify and tell stories that resonate with external stakeholders, and you’ll have strong copywriting and design skills to create professional communication assets.

You’ll be detail oriented and highly organised, with the ability to manage deadlines in a fast-paced and changeable environment and prioritise time and workloads while working under pressure. You’ll also have a collaborative approach.

Furthermore, you’ll demonstrate:

* A keen interest in digital trends and new technologies.
* Experience in using design software for static and motion graphic assets including, but not limited to Canva, for social media and webpages.
* The ability to create briefs for different assets including video and photographic shoots and to manage shoots on the ground with both senior stakeholders and external clients.
* Experience in managing asset libraries, specifically still photography and B-roll footage on AEM or similar, as well as managing case study suggestions.
