Internal Sales Representative We are working with a successful and growing manufacturing company seeking a motivated Internal Sales Representative to join their dynamic sales team. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in driving business growth, supporting key accounts, and delivering excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment. This is a permanent job based in Crumlin the hours are Monday Thursday 8am 5pm and 8am to 2pm on Friday and based full time in the office. The Internal Sales Representative will be responsible for: Proactively identifying and developing new business opportunities Managing inbound and outbound sales calls, emails, and enquiries Building and maintaining strong relationships with new and existing customers Preparing and following up on quotations and tenders Working closely with the Sales Director and external sales team to achieve sales targets Maintaining accurate records using CRM and internal systems Ensuring excellent customer satisfaction and resolving issues efficiently What you will need to have for the Internal Sales Representative position: Minimum 1 year experience in a sales, customer service, or internal sales role Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets (desirable) Strong IT skills, including Microsoft Office and CRM systems Excellent organisational and communication skills, both written and verbal High attention to detail with strong administrative and data entry accuracy Self-motivated, proactive, and customer-focused with a positive attitude Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment Skills: Sales Representative Sales Support Customer Service Internal Sales
