Role
Secondary SEND Teacher. We're looking for a passionate and adaptable SEND Teacher to lead a Key Stage 3 class of 8 inspiring learners.
Responsibilities
* Planning and delivering personalised learning experiences tailored to each student's needs.
* Working closely with a team of LSAs, OTs, SALTs, and physiotherapists.
* Promoting inclusion, engagement, and emotional well-being throughout the school.
* Using creative and flexible teaching strategies to support academic and personal growth.
* Applications are welcome from both primary and secondary trained teachers.
Requirements / Qualifications
* QTS (Qualified Teacher Status); ECTs/NQTs encouraged to apply.
* Experience supporting students with SEN (particularly SEMH, PMLD, or complex needs).
* Creative, flexible, and empathetic teaching approach.
* Ability to provide two recent references.
* DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply through anzuk).
