Applicants should have previous experience as a Chef de Partie, with the ability to produce high-quality food, preferably using fresh ingredients. While some recipes are provided, a creative flair is always welcome.
Your day-to-day as a Chef de Partie
* Use your eye for quality and creativity to produce high-quality food from scratch
* Manage a section within the kitchen, cooking with fresh ingredients
* Maintain high standards of hygiene and safety
* Keep work areas and machinery clean and maintained
* Control food supplies' order and storage
* Support other team members
* Work effectively as part of a team
