We are seeking an Host Manager to join our team.
The Host Manager role entails:
Providing our guest with a personable and seamless experience during their stay at Fowlescombe, taking responsibility for every operational aspect of their guest journey.
Being knowledgeable in every service aspect of the experience and take a leading role in guiding all team members in delivering an exceptional experience. Act on all available guest information to exceed their expectations
In front of house situations, work closely with the guest relations and housekeeping teams to ensure guest requests get anticipated, suggested and delivered.
Take the lead in all Food and Beverage services and work closely with the Chef team to deliver a knowledgeable, professional, interactive and fun experience.
Show support and enthusiasm to our guest for our commitment to working sustainable and share with them our core values in authenticity, food and community.
Always put the safety of our guest and team before anything and be proactive by following the Health and Safety policies and procedures set.
Being a leading figure that supports, assists and guides all team members in a positive way and promotes teamwork, cooperation and learning every day.
Manage resources for special events and promotions as needed.
Make sure clear communication is maintained between all department on a daily basis.
Providing a courteous and friendly service to all guests and follow procedures for handling any guest feedback or complaints.
Maintain cleanliness standard for front and back of house and storage areas.
To comply with the grooming standards of the company and maintain your uniform to ensure that you always look professional and prepared.
Performing other related duties as assigned by the Hotel Manager.
To report any hazardous conditions to your line manager or duty manager.
