We’re growing fast — and looking for a Customer Account Manager to take ownership of a high-value portfolio within the international and independent schools market.
đź’Ľ The Role
This is a 50/50 split between account management and commercial growth.
You’ll act as a trusted advisor to your customers while identifying opportunities to expand usage across the iSAMS suite and wider IRIS solutions.
🎯 What You’ll Be Doing
* Build and manage strong relationships with international school stakeholders
* Drive retention through proactive engagement and value delivery
* Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities across iSAMS modules
* Support customers with digital transformation and system optimisation
* Manage full sales cycles for upgrades and expansions
* Own forecasting, pipeline management and CRM hygiene
🧠What We’re Looking For
Essential:
* Experience in account management or field sales
* Proven track record of hitting targets
* Strong stakeholder management skills
* Confident communicator with a consultative approach
* Highly organised and self-motivated
Desirable:
* SaaS or education sector experience
* Familiarity with iSAMS or MIS platforms
* Salesforce experience
