Senior Test / Development Engineer
We are looking for a hands‑on engineer to collaborate with our design team on the development of new test procedures, associated equipment, and general test and fault diagnosis of electronic systems across a wide range of customer products.
Responsibilities
* Technical supervision of test activities undertaken by technician staff.
* Diagnosis and resolution of issues with products under test.
* Maintenance and improvement of existing test rigs, equipment, and programs.
* Specification, development, and construction of new test rigs and test equipment.
Qualifications
* Degree‑level education in electronics or a related engineering discipline.
* Previous demonstrable experience in a similar role or industry acceptable in lieu of formal qualifications.
* Strong attention to detail and aptitude for achieving ‘right first time’ results under challenging project timescales.
* Good general computer skills.
* Willingness to undertake specific system‑level training as required.
Benefits
