Responsibilities
You will be responsible for delivering an exciting and unique service to all current and potential customers. To maximize sales opportunities, you should be confident in making connections with customers, passionate about eyebrow styling, demonstrating products, and booking repeat business through make-up lessons and appointments.
Duties Include:
* Sales Goals: Achieving individual sales goals through connecting with customers, demonstrating products, performing brow treatments, and booking repeat appointments.
* Brow services: Waxing, Tinting, and Tweezing to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat bookings. (Full training will be provided to become a Brow Expert!).
* Teamwork: Assisting team members to meet counter and business needs.
* Promotions and Events: Supporting in-store and external events, including new product launches and charity events.
* Administration: Completing daily and weekly worksheets and assisting with administrative tasks as needed.
* Hygiene and Housekeeping: Keeping the counter and displays clean and hygienic.
Qualifications
Team members are required to work weekends, late nights, and bank holidays.
