Job Title: Commercial & Operational Admin Business Partner
Location: Burgess Hill - Hybrid with ad-hoc office visits for business meetings and client visits
Rates: £25 -£37 per hour PAYE (excluding holiday pay) OR £40.00 per hour UMB/LTD
Contract until December 2026 - Inside IR35
Clearline Recruitment is recruiting a Commercial Operations Business Partner to provide administrative and project support, driving efficiency and collaboration across commercial and operational teams.
The Role
* Provide administrative support across commercial and operational functions.
* Lead and contribute to projects and process improvement initiatives.
* Utilise experience in Project Management, Process Improvement, or Automation within admin-focused environments.
* Plan and schedule activities, manage data review and reporting tasks.
* Handle contract amendments, system change requests, and related administration.
* Maintain accuracy and consistency across all documentation and records.
* Prioritise workloads effectively to meet business deadlines.
* Identify opportunities for increased efficiency and automation.
* Collaborate with internal teams to deliver an excellent customer and colleague experience.
The Requirements
* Proven experience in administration within a commercial or operational setting.
* Strong organisational, analytical, and time management skills.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
* Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM systems (Salesforce experience desirable).
* A proactive mindset and the ability to work independently.
* Experience in at least one of the following: Project Management, Process Management, or Automation.
