Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Network Engineer with strong expertise in enterprise network security and data center networking. The role involves supporting, enhancing, and securing complex, high-availability network environments, as well as leading key initiatives such as upgrades, migrations, and incident resolution.
The ideal candidate will have deep hands-on experience with security technologies, excellent troubleshooting skills, and the ability to work independently while collaborating with global teams.
Key Responsibilities
1. Design, implement, and support secure enterprise network infrastructure.
2. Configure, manage, and troubleshoot network security platforms and appliances.
3. Lead network install, upgrade, migration, and decommissioning activities.
4. Handle major network incidents and contribute to root cause analysis (RCA) documentation.
5. Ensure high availability, performance, and security across distributed environments.
6. Perform packet analysis and advanced troubleshooting using industry-standard tools.
7. Collaborate with cross-functional and global teams to deliver network changes.
8. Provide guidance and mentorship to junior engineers.
9. Maintain clear technical documentation and operational procedures.

10. Cisco ISE (Expert Level):
11. Authentication policies, authorization profiles, device profiling
12. Certificate management and device onboarding
13. Cisco ASA / Firepower (FTD):
14. VPN, NAT, ACLs, routing, clustering
15. Firepower Management Center (FMC), packet tracing
16. Check Point R80.x:
17. SmartConsole, VPN, IPS
18. Rule optimization and high availability / clustering
19. F5 APM:
20. Access policy creation
21. VPN configuration
22. SAML / OAuth integrations
23. Data Center Switching & Routing:
24. Cisco Nexus (5K / 7K / 9K)
25. VLANs, vPC, OSPF / BGP fundamentals
26. Packet Analysis Tools:
27. Wireshark, tcpdump
28. Cloud Networking:
29. Exposure to AWS and/or Azure networking (desirable)
30. Automation & Scripting:
31. Python, Ansible (preferred but not mandatory)
Professional Experience
32. 6–10+ years of hands-on experience in enterprise network security.
33. Proven experience working in large-scale, distributed, high-availability environments.
34. Strong background in managing complex network transformation projects.
35. Experience leading and resolving major incidents in production environments.

36. Excellent communication and technical documentation skills.
37. Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
38. Ability to lead changes independently with minimal supervision.
