My client is looking for an experienced HR Business Partner on a 4-6 months Fixed Term Contract to provide interim support. You’ll work across a diverse academic and operational workforce, managing complex ER cases and supporting key HR projects.
Hybrid – Cambridge (2 days on site, 3 days Working From Home)
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver generalist HR support across multiple departments.
Handle complex employee relations and advise on employment law.
Partner with senior leaders to drive people initiatives.
Support HR projects and policy updates.
Maintain strong written communication and attention to detail.About You:
Proven HRBP or Senior HR Advisor experience.
Confident, proactive, and able to work independently.
Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills.
