Job Overview: We are seeking dedicated Early Years Educators to join our team in providing high-quality care and education to young children in both full time and supply capacities. The ideal candidate will have a passion for early childhood education and nurturing young minds.
Responsibilities:
- Plan and implement engaging activities to support children's learning and development
- Provide a safe and stimulating environment for children to explore and learn
- Communicate effectively with children, parents, and colleagues
- Lead the nursery team in delivering excellent care and education
- Manage the day-to-day running of the nursery
- Utilise your leadership skills to inspire and motivate staff
- Ensure safeguarding and welfare of all children in your care
Requirements:
- Qualification in Early Childhood Education or equivalent
- Experience working with young children in a nursery setting
- Strong communication skills in English
- Ability to drive is desirable for potential outings or emergencies
- Passion for childcare and supporting children's holistic development
- Excellent organisational skills to manage daily activities effectively
