Role
We have a fantastic opportunity for an Assistant Store Manager to join our team in Andover. Our store is based right on Andover’s busy High Street, at the centre of this historic market town. With a mix of heritage and modern convenience, Andover is a thriving destination for shoppers. Our store provides a lively and rewarding place to work, offering great opportunities for growth and development. It’s an exciting time to be part of our team, and we’re looking for someone to help us continue driving success in this store.

Responsibilities
* Support the Store Manager: Assist in the day-to-day running of the store ensuring costs are contained within targets.
* Drive Sales: Help maximise store profitability by promoting sales and identifying opportunities for growth.
* Customer Service: Ensure high levels of customer service are maintained at all times.
* Team Development: Manage, coach and motivate the team to achieve targets and lead by example.
* Deputise for the Manager: Step in when required to ensure smooth store operations.
