1. You will play a key role in the planning, coordination and administration of examinations and assessments
2. You will manage all aspects of the examinations process including registration, scheduling, delivery and certification
3. You will ensure full compliance with awarding body regulations and relevant regulatory requirements
4. You will work closely with curriculum teams to support effective exam planning and delivery
5. You will liaise with students, awarding organisations and invigilators to ensure examinations run smoothly
6. You will maintain accurate records and uphold the security and integrity of the examinations process
About You
7. You will have experience of working within a school or college exams team or similar administrative role
8. You will have excellent IT Skills, including use of databases and spreadsheets
9. You will be highly organised and able to work methodically, accurately and to tight deadlines
10. You will have a professional, customer-focused approach with a discreet attitude to all aspects of work
11. You will have the ability to communicate with all levels of staff, students and external customers in a confident manner
12. Experience of student records systems would be beneficial
13. You will have knowledge of JCQ regulations
