HSQE Manager
Key Responsibilities
* Develop, implement, and maintain HSQE policies and procedures across all operations.
* Conduct regular audits, inspections, and risk assessments to ensure compliance with health, safety, quality, and environmental standards.
* Lead incident investigations and implement corrective actions.
* Provide training and guidance to staff on HSQE best practices and compliance requirements.
* Maintain up-to-date knowledge of relevant legislation and standards affecting the industry.
* Collaborate with management and operational teams to foster a culture of safety and continuous improvement.
* Prepare and submit HSQE reports to senior management and regulatory bodies as required.
Qualifications
* Proven experience as an HSQE Manager or in a similar health, safety, quality, or environmental role.
* In-depth knowledge of UK health, safety, environmental legislation, and quality management systems.
* Strong leadership and communication skills.
* Ability to conduct audits, risk assessments, and incident investigations.
* Relevant qualifications such as NEBOSH, IOSH, or equivalent.
* Experience in the mechanical services, construction, or drainage industries is advantageous.
* Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
* Proficient in HSQE software and Microsoft Office applications.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
