Working as part of a team in all aspects of preparation, cooking of food service, wash up and cleaning duties related to the provision of a high quality catering service to Patient, Staff, Visitors and Functions for NHS Lanarkshire.

What we'll need you to bring
1. Training and or qualifications required:
2. Induction and Orientation department training.
3. 706/1 City and Guilds or Catering Industry equivalent.
4. 706/2 City and Guilds or Catering Industry equivalent.
5. Intermediate Food Hygiene.
6. Standard Nutrition and Dietetics Fire training.
7. Manual Handling.
8. COSHH
9. Basic IT Skills
10. Level of experience required: 3- 4 years in a busy Kitchen environment.
11. Health and safety and Food hygiene safety on the job training.
Please note for all vacancies where a driving licence is required this must be a full UK/EU/EEA licence.

13. Be competent in the use of standard recipes.

Location and Working Pattern
This role will be based in Catering Department within University Hospital Wishaw
