This is a full-time position, requiring on-site attendance between three to five days per week, depending on business needs and as agreed with the line manager. What youll be doing Planning Infrastructure works including both soft and hard facilities management tasks, consulting with stakeholders and contractors to ensure works meet key requirements. Supporting Infrastructure projects ensuring estate improvements and changes are effectively implemented. Working collaboratively to establish requirements for all delivery tasks. Managing reactive maintenance in conjunction with our on-site infrastructure partners and DM Kineton Building Custodians. Ensuring compliance with all applicable legislation. Providing necessary Infra representation at a variety of estate meetings, including Site Infrastructure Monthly Meeting and weekly Facility Management infrastructure meetings. Managing the site Infrastructure escalation process. Reporting directly to the Regional Infrastructure Lead and maintaining the DM escalation tracker. Engaging with external and internal stakeholders in a wide range of real estate scenarios. Managing and assisting in the delivery of the site annual programme, prioritising welfare improvements. Supporting the day-to-day maintenance requests and issues proactively managing any problems and escalating where appropriate.
