The Company
We are a well-established, medium-sized construction contractor delivering a range of projects across London. Our work includes refurbishment, fit-out and construction projects for repeat clients, with a strong focus on quality, programme delivery and teamwork. Due to continued growth, we are looking to bring in a Graduate Construction Project Manager to join our team and develop long-term within the business.
The Role
This is an excellent opportunity for a recent graduate to gain hands-on experience across live construction projects, working closely with experienced Project Managers and site teams.
You will be office-based in Crystal Palace, with regular site visits across London, supporting projects from pre-construction through to completion.
Key Responsibilities

Assisting Project Managers with the day-to-day delivery of construction projects
*
Supporting programme planning, progress tracking, and reporting
*
Liaising with site teams, subcontractors, and suppliers
*
Assisting with procurement of materials and subcontract services
*
Attending site meetings and producing meeting minutes
*
Supporting health & safety, quality control, and compliance documentation
*
Assisting with cost control, variations, and project records
The Ideal Candidate
*
Degree-qualified in Construction Project Management, Construction Management, or a related built environment discipline
*
Strong interest in developing a career as a Project Manager within construction
*
Good communication and organisational skills
*
Willingness to learn and take responsibility
*
Comfortable working both in the office and on construction sites
*
Full UK driving licence preferred (or working toward)
