A leading healthcare market research consultancy is seeking a Director-level professional to drive sales growth, client expansion, and strategic account management across key pharmaceutical and healthcare accounts. This role is ideal for a seasoned leader who thrives on building relationships, opening new opportunities, and growing revenue year over year.
You will be responsible for leading client accounts, expanding the company’s footprint, and negotiating commercial agreements, while ensuring the delivery of high-quality healthcare research solutions.
What You’ll Do
• Lead and manage key healthcare and pharmaceutical client accounts to drive growth and retention
• Expand the company’s market footprint and open doors with new stakeholders
• Negotiate and manage Master Service Agreements (MSAs) and vendor agreements
• Develop and execute strategic account plans to achieve year-on-year revenue growth
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure delivery of high-quality research solutions
• Act as the primary point of contact for clients, building long-term trusted relationships
• Identify opportunities for cross-selling and upselling research solutions
• Track account performance and report on revenue, pipeline, and strategic initiatives
• Support business development efforts and work closely with the leadership team on growth strategy
What We’re Looking For
✔ 8+ years of experience in healthcare or pharmaceutical market research, including account leadership
✔ Proven success in sales, business development, and client growth
✔ Experience negotiating MSAs, vendor agreements, and commercial contracts
✔ Strong relationship-building and client management skills
✔ Ability to lead strategic initiatives and account plans
✔ Knowledge of quantitative and qualitative research methodologies
✔ Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
✔ Strategic thinker with commercial acumen and a results-driven mindset
