Hours and location
Full time (37.5 hours per week). This role will be office based, from our Bournemouth office at Slades Park Pavilion with occasional travel to Redlands, Weymouth. Flexible working hours are supported.
* We are looking for an energetic individual with a can-do attitude, who prides themselves exceptional attention to detail, particularly when handling confidential information and sensitive financial data, displaying a strong commitment to both accuracy and discretion.
* This role requires a professional who brings both warmth and professionalism to their work, helping to build strong relationships with colleagues, board members, and other stakeholders. Along with a collaborative spirit that aligns with our organisation's values and mission.
* You will have a strong understanding of employment law and HR processes (or willingness to develop this knowledge).
* Ideally you will be familiar with the voluntary community sector, with some basic understanding of financial audits and compliance to governance.
