What You'll Do
We're seeking a skilled
Planner/PMO Analyst
to join our Programme Management Office, supporting project and programme delivery through structured planning, governance, and reporting. This role is central to maintaining consistency across schedules, risk registers, and reporting processes, while collaborating closely with Programmes, Engineering, Finance, and other key stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead monthly planning cadence including schedule updates, risk management, Contract Status Report generation, and Earned Value Management reporting.
* Analyse project data (e.g. critical path, earned value, Schedule Risk Analysis) to forecast outcomes and support decision-making.
* Identify and communicate emerging risks and issues, supporting mitigation strategies.
* Facilitate resource councils and support gated lifecycle management processes.
* Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the PMO.
Qualifications
Requirements:
* Strong Planning/Scheduling experience and stakeholder management skills
* Engineering manufacturing experience would be advantageous
* Proficiency in MS Project, Excel, SharePoint, and PowerPoint; PowerBI
