About The Role:
The Affiliate Manager & Sales Manager will support Collagerie’s growing commerce, affiliate, and advertising operations – helping drive revenue, manage campaigns, and maintain excellent client relationships. This role will combine day-to-day administrative and operational management of affiliate and CPC/display activity with post-campaign account management and reporting, ensuring our retail and brand partners receive best-in-class service.
Working closely with the Partnerships, Content, Marketing and Tech teams, you’ll help optimise performance across affiliate networks and direct partnerships, supporting Collagerie’s commercial goals and editorial excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
Affiliate, CPC & Sales Management
* Build and maintain strong relationships with affiliate networks and key retail partners to drive enhanced campaign and sales performance to meet quarterly targets.
* Monitor and optimise performance across key metrics including CTR, conversion rate, and ROI.
* Support the day-to-day management and administration of affiliate and CPC/display campaigns across multiple networks and platforms.
* Assist with onboarding and tracking integrations for new partners and platforms.
* Maintain product feeds, tracking links, and ensure accurate attribution across live content and commerce pages.
* Help manage tenancy and CPC campaigns (including Linkby) and coordinate post-campaign reporting and analysis.
* Deliver regular affiliate and commerce performance reports for senior stakeholders.
Campaign Administration & Client Services
* Provide administrative support across all campaign stages, from setup to post-campaign reporting.
* Support the Partnerships team with client servicing, including campaign updates, approvals, and tracking deliverables.
* Prepare recap decks, performance summaries, and insights for post-campaign reviews.
* Ensure all partner assets and links are delivered, tracked, and reported accurately.
Content & Trading Collaboration
* Partner with Editorial and Marketing teams to ensure product selections, affiliate links, and CPC placements are optimised for performance.
* Analyse top-performing retailers, categories, and products to inform content planning and brand strategy.
Analytics & Reporting
* Assist in the creation of monthly trade and revenue reports, offering data-driven insights and recommendations.
* Collaborate with Tech and Data teams to ensure accurate tracking and analytics across affiliate, CPC, and display activity.
Skills & Experience
* 3 years’ experience in affiliate marketing, e-commerce, digital partnerships, or client services within retail, publishing, or media.
* Familiarity with affiliate networks such as Skimlinks, Rakuten, Partnerize.
* Experience with CPC and display campaign management (e.g., Linkby or equivalent platforms).
* Strong administrative and organisational skills with high attention to detail.
* Understanding of affiliate tracking, attribution, and commission models.
* Comfortable using analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Looker Studio, or similar.
* Excellent communication, relationship management, and account servicing skills.
* Proactive, organised, and confident managing multiple projects simultaneously.
