My client is seeking a Quantity Surveyor to support their Minor Works / Asset Management packages in the North West region. This position involves working across two frameworks: CAM (Civil Asset Management) and BAM (Building Asset Management).
Responsibilities include:
* Managing civil works related to drainage and structural defects.
* Overseeing building projects involving stations, ticket offices, signal boxes, etc.
This role is suited for QS professionals experienced with high-volume, low-value projects.
