This busy and successful company based in Castleford are recruiting a Sales Administrator to join their team. Excellent support and training given!
The main purpose of this role is to deal with inbound customer enquires/ sales calls and undertake sales administration tasks whilst providing a high level of customer service. Reporting to the Sales Team Leader the role will involve:
1. Ensuring all customer calls are dealt with in a professional and timely manner to provide a high level of customer service
2. Accurately processing sales orders
3. Liaising with customers, warehouse, DPD and Expect to progress orders and deliveries Providing quotations to customers
4. Dealing with straight forward technical queries
5. Ad-hoc support to the field sales staff
6. Maintaining strong relationships and dealing with any queries quickly and efficiently.
7. Processing Debits onto the customer service database
