Seven Resourcing is currently recruiting for three experienced Strategic HR Business Partners to join a forward-thinking organisation on an interim basis. This is a fantastic opportunity for senior HR professionals to play a key role in delivering strategic workforce solutions during a period of organisational transition.
The Role
As a Strategic HR Business Partner, you will work closely with senior leaders to drive organisational performance, support change initiatives, and deliver high-level HR strategies. You will act as a trusted advisor, ensuring that people strategies align with wider business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide strategic HR advice and guidance to senior stakeholders and leadership teams
* Lead on workforce planning, organisational development, and transformation projects
* Support complex employee relations matters and ensure best practice across the organisation
* Drive performance management, talent development, and succession planning initiatives
* Contribute to policy development and continuous improvement within HR services
* Partner with managers to deliver effective people-focused solutions in a fast-paced environment
Requirements
* Proven experience working as a Strategic HR Business Partner or Senior HR Leader
* Strong background in organisational development, change management, and workforce planning
* Experience managing complex employee relations cases
* Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
* Ability to work both strategically and operationally
