HRIS Manager / HR Systems Manager - Permanent - London \n A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a HRIS Manager / HR Systems Manager to join our London based global law firm on a permanent basis. \n\n Key Responsibilities \n Lead the management, optimisation, and continuous improvement of the organisation’s HR system SAP SuccessFactors \n Ensure data integrity, system stability, and compliance with data security standards \n Deliver configuration changes, oversee system upgrades, and manage issue resolution \n Act as the primary contact for external vendors and system partners, managing contracts and performance \n Develop and deliver accurate, insightful MI reports and dashboards to support strategic decisions \n Analyse data trends and provide actionable insights to HR and leadership teams \n Collaborate with HR, IT, and Finance to gather requirements and deliver system enhancements \n Provide training and support to HR system users, promoting best practices \n Identify opportunities to streamline HR processes through automation and technology \n Lead HR system projects, ensuring timely and on-budget delivery \n Ensure systems and processes align with legal and regulatory requirements \n Maintain documentation, processes, and reporting structures to meet audit standards \n\n Key Experience & Skills \n Proven experience managing HR systems, ideally with exposure to SAP SuccessFactors \n Strong understanding...
