About the role | He kōrero whakamārama mō tēnei tūranga
You will be responsible for providing the highest possible standard of medical alarm installation and service and provide excellent client support. You will manage key relationships by educating prospective clients and referrers about our medical alarm service.
This is a Permanent Part Time position working 10 hours and will be undertaken across standard office hours Monday to Friday 830am to 5pm with an on call roser for weekends (once every 6-8 weeks) based in the Nelson region.
Responsibilities may include but will not be limited to:
7. Complete any Alarm installations and maintenance within required timeframes.
8. Ensure verbal and written communications are appropriate for the intended audiences.
9. Educate our clients on the features of our alarm systems and provide clear instructions on how to operate them.
10. Delivering presentations to potential referrers such as medical centres, hospitals, and community organisations.
11. Relationship management with existing and prospective clients.

12. Excellent communication and administration skills.
13. A strong sense of responsibility and are highly self-motivated.
14. Exceptional organisational skills and self-management skills in a multi-tasking environment.
15. High level of attention to detail and data entry.
16. Must have own reliable vehicle and drivers licence.
17. Experience in the Healthcare industry is an advantage but not essential.
