Key Responsibilities of the Block Manager:
* Managing a portfolio of residential blocks.
* Acting as the main point of contact for leaseholders, landlords, and contractors.
* Coordinating maintenance, repairs, and compliance works.
* Attending and preparing for AGM and residents meetings.
* Ensuring compliance with health & safety and lease obligations.
* Managing service charge budgets and expenditure.
* Liaising with surveyors, managing agents, and freeholders.
Key Requirements
* 12 years experience in block/property management.
* Strong communication and organisational skills.
* Knowledge of service charges, leases, and property legislation.
* Ability to manage multiple sites and priorities.
* Professional, customer-focused approach.
* A full UK Driving licence and access to a car are essential.
