Bath & Body Works Sales Manager – 120 Oxford Street (N115041) – London
We are looking for an exceptional Sales Manager who will lead our team to deliver outstanding customer service, maximise fragrance and skincare sales, and drive operational efficiencies. This is a full‑time, permanent role with flexible working options available.
Responsibilities
* Support the Store management team across all product areas, back of house and run the store when needed.
* Build and manage a successful team to deliver amazing service and accurate stock processes in a commercially efficient, safe environment where targets are met.
* Deliver the best possible Bath & Body Works experience in store, which includes the team passionately advising and selling products while being an ambassador for the brand and maintaining the Bath & Body Works space.
* Create an atmosphere where supporting, motivating and inspiring your team to be at their best is at the core of everything you do.
* Demonstrate a hands‑on approach for all commercial and operational activities by adapting to change and working alongside the team.
* Ensure communication is up‑to‑date and accurate at all times to meet business needs.

* You are confident when dealing with people issues.
* You are an effective multi‑tasker who can plan, organise and prioritise your workload.
