The role
As Finance Administrator you will play a crucial role in combining administrative, communication and analytic skills to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of the business.
Responsibilities
Finance
Record day to day financial transactions and oversee the posting process, including invoices, expenses, and CIS transaction
Verify transactions and ensure they follow the correct approval process.
Conduct monthly bank account reconciliations and reconcile supplier invoices and transactions.
Monitor creditors and send statements to customers.
Process month end reconciliations and reports in collaboration with the accounts team.
Handle payroll and pension submissions, ensuring accuracy and compliance. Maintain up to date databases.
Assist the Finance Director in processing P11Ds and issuing P60s to all employees.
Process new starters and leavers within the payroll system.
Prepare Quarterly VAT Returns.
Issue and manage invoices related to energy exports, including monitoring fees issued to customers and quarterly PPA commissions to export suppliers.
Maintain ongoing contact with customers for all energy export invoice related queries.

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).

Effective problem-solving abilities to enhance business efficiency.
