As part of ForFutures, our Housing Management Contract team, you’ll work alongside customers living in supported accommodation, ensuring a positive customer experience.

What you’ll be doing:
* Providing on-site assurance and reactive support to customers in supported accommodation.
* Dealing with challenging behaviour from customers.
* Managing scheme “protocols”, such as visitor policies.
* Working within health and safety guidelines.
* Building checks and light domestic duties.
* Working within safeguarding guidelines.
What we’re looking for:
* Awareness of safeguarding.
* Confidence and assertiveness, with great communication skills.
* Awareness of homelessness legislation and practices.
* Ability to travel between sites.
