To support this growth, they are actively seeking to recruit a Payroll and HR Systems Administrator to join the team on a permanent basis. What you will be doing:Provide day-to-day support across the full range of HR operations, ensuring a high standard of service to employees and managersMaintain and update employee records, including Time and Attendance System and payroll systems to ensure compliance and accuracy of all employee information and dataDeliver comprehensive clerical and administrative support including maintaining accurate electronic and paper-based filing systemsProcess HR documentation and prepare reports relating to staffing, recruitment, training, grievances, performance reviews, and other personnel activities.What you will need to succeed:Previous experience in Payroll and administration is essential, HR experience also beneficialExcellent computer IT skillsStrong communication and customer service skills at all levelsExcellent level of attention to detail and the ability to work under pressure to deadlinesWhat you will receive in return:To £34,000 pa DOEMonday to Friday 08.30am to 17.30pm**Please note 100% office based**Company pension *6% employer contribution (salary exchange/subject to contract)25 days holiday + Bank holidaysCompany sick pay4 x Death in ServiceWhat you need to do next: If this position sounds of interest and you would like to be considered.
