Location – Horley, Hampshire.
Join MILK Education and support children with Special Educational Needs (SEN) to achieve their full potential. This is a rewarding opportunity to work closely with pupils who require additional support, helping them grow academically, socially, and emotionally.
Working one-to-one and in small groups, you’ll play a key role in creating a positive, structured, and engaging learning environment tailored to each pupil’s needs.
What You’ll Be Doing
1. Supporting pupils with SEN on a 1:1 basis and in small group settings
2. Assisting the class teacher in delivering personalised learning plans
3. Encouraging development of communication, social, and life skills
4. Helping pupils regulate emotions and engage positively in learning
5. Supporting daily routines including breaktimes, activities, and school trips
6. Building strong, trusting relationships with pupils to support progress

What We’re Looking For
16. Experience working with children or young people with SEN (professional or voluntary)
17. GCSE English & Maths (Grade C/4 or equivalent)
18. Confidence supporting pupils with additional or complex needs
19. A calm, patient, and resilient approach
20. Willingness to support personal/intimate care where required
21. A positive, proactive attitude and genuine passion for supporting young people
