The key responsibilities for a Paint Sprayer include:
11. Preparing vehicles and surfaces for spraying to ensure quality finishes
12. Applying paint, primers, and coatings in line with manufacturer specifications.
13. Colour matching and blending paints to achieve a flawless finish
14. Maintaining and cleaning spray equipment regularly
15. Ensuring all work adheres to health and safety guidelines
16. Working efficiently to meet production targets without compromising quality
17. Collaborating with team members to deliver high standards of workmanship
Requirements for the Paint Sprayer position:
18. Proven experience as a Paint Sprayer in an accident repair or bodyshop environment
19. Strong knowledge of paint spraying techniques, colour matching, and materials.
20. Experience with various painting systems and equipment
21. Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering a high-quality finish
22. NVQ, ATA, or equivalent qualifications in Automotive Refinishing or relevant standards are desirable; support to obtain or update certifications is available.
23. Full UK driving license
