The First Federation Trust, a Multi Academy Trust of 29 primary schools, is seeking to recruit a Teaching Assistant for Charmouth Primary School.
Located on the Jurassic Coast within extensive grounds. The staff here are dedicated to delivering a great education to children between the ages of 3 and 11 within our nurturing and inclusive community. We have easy access to the beach, which allows us to engage in outdoor learning weekly. Inclusion is key to our commitment to providing a high-quality curriculum that all children can access.
This role is for 32.5 hours per week, term time only until 31 August 2026.
We are looking for an enthusiastic, flexible and highly motivated individual to work alongside the class teacher across all areas of the curriculum.
to deliver targeted interventions
to promote inclusion through the development of social skills, language and emotional well-being
to work under the direction of the class teacher and liaise with other professionals both within and outside the school
You will be expected to show a high degree of initiative and be able to react to given situations with integrity and compassion
