The Role
We are looking for a Modernisation Sales Executive to cover the North Yorkshire and surrounding areas.
Responsible for managing the sales process and proposal generation, for securing contracts for modernisation projects throughout the region in accordance with annual targets. Maintaining and building relationships with Consultants and client Decision Makers. Continually, expanding Product Knowledge, market and competitor information.
You will have gained experience from within a role where you have built effective relationships with internal and external customers, ideally from within either the lifts or construction sector.
Key Responsibilities
* Securing projects for lift modernisations in accordance with annual targets
* Prospecting and generating proposals and closing contracts
* Working with the sales estimating team to ensure that quotes reflect agreements reached and that final contract is signed off by the client
* Expanding your Product Knowledge of the Orona and competitor portfolio of products
* Gaining market and competitor information
* Combining product knowledge with excellent sales techniques
What We’re Looking For
* Proven experience within the lift industry (Ideally)
* Clean UK driving licence (essential)
* Right to Work in the UK (mandatory)
* Customer Focus - aims to build effective relationships with internal and external customers, gaining their trust and respect through meeting and exceeding their expectations.
* Negotiation - able to negotiate skilfully in tough situations winning concessions without damaging relationships.
* Active Listening - practices Active Listening, has the patience to hear people out and can accurately sum up what has been said.
