Job Title: Drama Graduate Teaching Assistant
Location:
East of England, Norfolk, Merton
Job Type:
Temporary, expected to work full-time hours

Job Duties:
* Assist drama teachers in planning and delivering engaging lessons
* Support students in their learning and development of drama skills
* Help with the organisation of drama productions and events
* Provide feedback and encouragement to students to enhance their performance
* Assist in the preparation of resources and materials for drama activities
* Supervise students during drama classes and rehearsals
Required Qualifications:
* Recent graduate with a degree in Drama or a related field
* Experience working with children or young adults
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Passion for drama and performing arts
Education:
Degree in Drama or a related field
Experience:
Experience working with children or young adults
Knowledge and Skills:
* Understanding of drama techniques and practises
* Ability to work collaboratively with teachers and students
* Good organisational and time management skills
* Patience and empathy when working with students
Preferred Qualifications:
* Teaching assistant experience in an educational setting
* Additional qualifications in education or drama
Working Conditions:
* Work in a school environment
* Full-time hours with occasional evening or weekend commitments for events
* Collaborative work with teaching staff and students

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
