Main Duties & Responsibilities:
* Prepare and cook dishes to a high standard across various kitchen sections
* Support the Head Chef and Sous Chef with day-to-day operations
* Maintain consistency, quality, and presentation in all dishes
* Ensure kitchen hygiene and food safety standards are met at all times
* Contribute new ideas for menu development and seasonal specials
Ideal Candidate:
* Previous experience as a Chef de Partie (minimum 2 years preferred but not essential)
* Passionate about fresh, seasonal ingredients and quality food
* Team player with good communication and time management skills
* Positive attitude and ability to thrive under pressure
