This role will oversee the January cohort of children who joined the nursery earlier this year and are now aged two. The Role January 2026 start, full-time and permanent position. Salary: £28,000 to £32,000 per annum (dependent on experience and qualifications). Lead a small class of two-year-olds, providing a warm, secure, and stimulating learning environment. Plan and deliver engaging, play-based sessions that reflect the school's holistic and creative approach. Take full responsibility for daily routines and personal care, ensuring every child's comfort, safety, and wellbeing. Encourage independence, curiosity, and confidence through child-centred learning experiences. Collaborate with colleagues and families to ensure continuity of care and learning. Maintain accurate observations and contribute to ongoing assessment and planning.
