Requirements
Key Responsibilities:
* Welcome customers upon arrival and assist them with enquiries.
* Provide detailed information about our vehicles and dealership services.
* Keep the reception and showroom areas tidy and professionally presented.
* Support the sales team by coordinating appointments and facilitating communication.
* Collect customer feedback to help improve service and overall experience.
Qualifications:
* Previous experience in customer service, hospitality, or retail is preferred.
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
* Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
* Positive demeanour and a genuine passion for helping customers.
* Basic computer literacy.
