Role: Primary School Teacher – Key Stage 1
Daily Rate: £130–£180
Location: York
We are working with a welcoming and inclusive primary school in the York area that is committed to providing a nurturing and engaging learning environment for all pupils. The school promotes a strong sense of community and encourages every child to reach their full potential through a creative and supportive curriculum.
We are looking to appoint an enthusiastic and adaptable Key Stage 1 Teacher for roles starting in September. There are a range of opportunities available for various durations, offering flexibility for the right candidate.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is passionate about teaching in early years and is looking to contribute to a thriving school community. The role is suitable for both experienced teachers and early career teachers looking to build valuable classroom experience.
Key responsibilities include:
• Planning and delivering creative, differentiated lessons across Key Stage 1
• Creating a positive and inclusive classroom environment
• Assessing and supporting pupil progress
• Working collaboratively with colleagues and parents
• Contributing to the wider life of the school
