* Managing a portfolio of residential buildings and acting as the main contact for clients, contractors, and residents
* Overseeing maintenance, health & safety compliance, and ensuring buildings remain insured and legally compliant
* Coordinating major works, issuing consultation notices, and arranging timely follow-ups
* Preparing and reviewing annual budgets, service contracts, and day-to-day upkeep of the estates
