This hybrid role is based in Lewes (BN7), offering a mix of home working and on‑site assessments at a local consultation centre. You’ll carry out functional assessments for individuals applying for disability‑related benefits, focusing on how their health conditions impact their ability to perform work‑related tasks. This is a non‑treatment role centred on assessment and reporting, with full training provided. What You’ll Do Conduct telephone, video, or face‑to‑face assessments in a supportive, non‑clinical environment. Evaluate how physical and mental health conditions affect work capability. Review medical evidence and claimant information to produce clear, structured reports for decision‑makers. What You’ll Need Minimum 1 year post‑registration experience as a Physiotherapist. HCPC registration (CSP membership welcomed). Strong communication, observation, and IT skills. Ability to write clear, structured reports. What’s on Offer Salary: £45,500 starting salary.
