I'm excited to be working with a key client who is looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Scheduling Administrator to support a key services contract on a temporary basis. This role is ideal for someone with strong coordination skills, excellentmunication abilities, and a methodical approach to managing appointments and service requests.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Manage non-standard booking requests received via SharePoint and a shared inbox, ensuring all actions arepleted within agreed Client SLA timelines.
2. Handle inbound calls from the client to support booking queries and service updates.
3. Accurately book appointments into the scheduling system, ensuring all data is correctly logged and up to date.
4. Liaise with Capacity Managers to ensure appointments are scheduled within agreed quota settings.
5. Coordinate with Field Engineers to confirm the availability of specialist skills, tools, or access requirements for specific jobs.
6. Maintain clear and professionalmunication with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure smooth service delivery.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
7. Previous experience in scheduling, coordination, or administrative support, ideally within infrastructure, facilities, or field service environments.
8. Confident using SharePoint, shared inboxes, and scheduling systems.
9. Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks under pressure.
10. Excellentmunication skills, both written and verbal.
11. A team player with a proactive attitude and amitment to delivering high-quality service.
This is a temporary position expected to last until the end of October. This role is full-time, and the hours are 8am–5pm.
